Any meeting recording or transcript stored in your Escribolt dashboard can be summarized with a single click. Summaries help you grasp discussions without reading hours of text.
How Summaries are Formatted
When you request a summary, Escribolt generates structured Markdown containing:
- Executive Highlights: A 2-3 sentence overview of the conversation.
- Key Topics: Bulleted breakdowns of discussions, clustered logically.
- Next Steps & Owners: Clear action items extracted directly from meeting quotes.
- Decisions Made: Logged updates for future alignments.
Processing Model Selection
Summaries utilize your active Language Model:
- In Local Mode, Escribolt uses Qwen-2.5 or Gemma running offline on your Mac.
- In BYOK Mode, requests are routed directly to your personal OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or Groq accounts.
- In PRO Mode, requests leverage Escribolt's optimized server model endpoints for fast, high-quality output.
